La Ligue Nationale de l’Outaouais (LNO) is the largest adult hockey league in the Outaouais region! With a wide range of divisions (women’s, recreational, and competitive), the league offers opportunities for players of all skill levels to compete and improve. It is also the only league that owns its own ice rinks! With access to the Slush Puppie Centre and the Branchaud-Brière Complex, the league can count on a total of 6 ice rinks to meet the needs of its many players.
The largest league in the Outaouais takes place in the evenings, from Sunday to Thursday, between 7:00 PM and midnight. Five divisions (AA, BB, CC, A, and 40+) are in place to balance the level of play.
The winter season (September to April) offers a minimum of 30 games per team, while the summer season (June to August) includes 17.
