The National League of Outaouais (LNO) is the largest adult hockey league in the Outaouais region! With a wide range of divisions (women’s, recreational, and competitive), the league offers opportunities for players of all levels to compete and improve. It is also the only league that owns its own ice rinks! With the Slush Puppie Centre and the Branchaud-Brière Complex at its disposal, the league has access to a total of 6 ice rinks to meet the needs of its many players.
The biggest league in the Outaouais is played Sunday to Thursday evenings from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am. 5 divisions (AA, BB, CC, A and 40+) are established to balance the caliber.
The winter season (September to April) offers a minimum of 30 games per team and the summer season (June to August) has 17 games.
